Policies
We currently ship within the state of California ONLY. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please note that our system will not reject your order if placed improperly.
LEGAL AGE & SIGNATURE
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Proof of age and a signature will be required at the time of delivery. We will not be able to refund your order if your package comes back due to the inability to provide legal proof of age. We suggest shipping to your work address if you will not be home at the time of delivery.
SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES, & TRACKING
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.
We ship from California using UPS only. Delivery times vary by destination.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we cannot guarantee cancellation requests or modifications will be processed prior to order shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@drinkmosa.com within 1 day of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS
Due to their perishable nature, our beverages may not be returned nor exchanged.
If there is a problem with the products you receive, please contact us at info@drinkmosa.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received.
Merchandise can be exchanged or returned, if it has not been worn or washed. Please contact us at info@drinkmosa.com to process a return.
